Nearly 1 in 10 men experience anxiety or depression, but less than half receive treatment.
Help break the stigma.
Men’s Mental Health
Feeling the pressure to stay strong, hold it all together and keep moving forward—even when stress, anger and loneliness are building under the surface?
You’ve spent your life showing up—for work, your partner, your family, your responsibilities. From the outside, things might look “fine.” But, inside, it might feel different: heavy, disconnected or life you’re running on autopilot. Maybe you’ve been told to “man up” or “just deal with it”, but part of you knows something has to change.
Men face a unique kind of pressure—to succeed, to provide, to hold it all together—often without the space to talk honestly about what’s really going on underneath.
I will help create space to pause, slow down and find your footing again. The quiet burden-irritability, disconnection, keeping it all together- you hold on your shoulders can be dropped here.
This is a place to grow-toward calm, clarity and a deeper sense of balance within yourself and your life to feel steady and alive.
Many of the men that I work with come to therapy feeling stuck—in relationships, work, with themselves. Sometimes it shows up as irritability or anger, distance or a quiet sense of “is this all there is?”
You might be struggling with:
Stress, pressure or burnout from work or family
Difficulty with expressing emotions or communicating clearly
Relationship conflict or distance from your partner
The transition to fatherhood and changing identity
Anger, shame or feeling like your “failing” somehow
Loneliness or lack of meaningful connection
Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a space to explore it — not to judge, fix, or label, but to help you make sense of your experiences and build new ways of showing up that actually work for you.
My approach

My approach -
I work with men in a way that’s real, direct, and compassionate. No clichés, no lectures — just honest conversations about what’s going on and how you want your life to feel different. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that might be holding you back — in your communication, relationships, or sense of self — and start building tools for change.
My approach draws from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relational therapy, but it’s grounded in connection and authenticity. You’ll learn to understand your emotions rather than push them down, communicate in ways that build respect and trust, and reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.
Reaching out for support doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re ready to stop living in survival mode and start living with more clarity, purpose, and ease.
Whether you’re here to work on your relationships, manage stress, or simply understand yourself better, therapy can help you find steadiness — not by changing who you are, but by helping you come home to yourself.
If you’re ready to start that process, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out today to take the first step toward feeling more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.
