From chaos to connection. Together.
Virtual Therapy in Indiana and Arkansas.
Hi. So glad you’re here.
Individual and Couples Therapy in Indiana and Arkansas.
At Rooted Vitality, I know change doesn’t come from a manual or help guide. Real change comes from noticing patterns, looking within and finally healing.
Many of my clients have tried therapy so many times, without lasting change. Often times, clients come to me feeling stuck, discouraged or so overwhelmed they don’t know where to start.
My relational and evidenced-based approach provides a supportive, real and safe space to explore what’s working and what’s not working and how to shift to feel more grounded, secure and fulfilled in life.
You’re carrying more than you let on.
Lately it feels like you’re overwhelmed and exhausted, like you have nothing left to give.
Maybe your nights are filled with a never-ending cycle of late-night Google searches about postpartum anxiety, relationship struggles after baby, emotional burnout or how to feel like yourself again.
You might be feeling:
Quiet resentment in your relationship, but unsure how to talk about it
Anxious, irritable or emotionally numb and wondering if this is “normal”
Pressure to feel grateful for your baby while feeling deeply overwhelmed
Disconnected from your partner, your identity or your own sense of stability
Stuck in survival mode and unsure how to slow down or ask for support
At Rooted Vitality, you don’t have to say, “I’m fine”.
This is a space for:
Postpartum and perinatal therapy for new parents
Couples therapy focused on communication, connection and emotional repair
Support for anxiety, overwhelm and identity shifts
Men’s mental health and partner support
Here, you’ll find space to feel seen and heard, regain your footing and begin your journey toward the kind of connection, calm and confidence that holds strong through all seasons to life.
Hi, I’m MacKenzie, a therapist licensed in Indiana and Arkansas. So glad you are here!
Taking the first step to seeking a therapist takes strength and courage. It’s important you feel seen and heard. And, it’s important for you to know who I am, how I work and what to expect so that you feel comfortable walking along this journey together.
My goal is to help you feel rooted, supported, and reconnected to yourself and the people you love most.
Meet MacKenzie
